Warehouse Associate – Night Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our night shift team. This role is responsible for picking orders, preparing shipments, organizing materials, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Essential Job Functions Pick, process, and prepare customer orders for shipment Read and understand pick slips to pull correct merchandise from designated locations Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery Assist with staging and organizing outgoing shipments Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (as required) Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Key Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving ability Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-through Highly motivated, flexible, and professional with a positive attitude Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (verbal and written) Required Education & Experience 1–2 years of warehouse or operations experience Previous experience in a distribution or wholesale environment preferred Forklift experience preferred Ability to work the required night shift schedule (5:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday–Friday and OT as needed) Pay Rate: $20/hr Physical Requirements: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, hear and lift 50+ pounds regularly with and without the assistance of machines. The employee can expect to work in a favorable warehouse environment.
