Pr e pare minutes of m e eting s , budget sp r ead sheets, draft w aiver req u ests. Coordinate with disciplines the technical c o mments on drawings and specifi c ations from v arious stakeholders. He l p prepa r e permit r equest s . Prepare documents to send to the printer. Help in the p r ep a ration of project bid doc u ments and PowerPoint presentations. Track and man a g e submittals and approvals. H elp in the prepa r ation of proj e ct specifications (Division 1). Assist and/or repre s ent D M O during the construction phase f o r v a rious projects. Qualifications Require m ents: Bac h elor of Scie n ce D e gr e e in Mec h ani c al E ngin e eri n g Experience Requirem e nts: Minimum four (4) y e a r s of project man a g ement e xperience including supervisi n g, a d ministering, man a gi n g a n d coordinating o f des i gn proj e cts. L i c ensing Requ i rements: NYS PE Licen s e not m a ndato r y Special Skills/Training Requirements: Some experience in des i gn r equired.
