HR Business Partner

We're looking for an HR Business Partner who enjoys being out on the floor, building relationships, and helping leaders and team members navigate the day-to-day realities of a manufacturing environment. As the HR Business Partner for our Fargo and Beresford locations, you'll be the primary HR resource for your teams, partnering closely with leaders and the HR team on hiring, onboarding, team member relations, performance conversations, engagement, leave administration, and compliance. You'll also play an active role in supporting our FLOW process and helping leaders create a strong team member experience. This is a hands-on role. Success comes from being visible, approachable, and connected to what's happening in the plants, not from sitting behind a desk. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with team members and leaders Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retention, and safety efforts Partner with leaders on team member relations, attendance, performance, and policy interpretation Conduct stay conversations and exit interviews to identify improvement opportunities Support workforce investigations, workers' compensation, and leave administration Help leaders understand trends in turnover, staffing, and engagement; tell the story behind the data and provide recommendations Support site and company initiatives, including FLOW and continuous improvement efforts Ensure HR processes, documentation, and compliance activities are completed accurately and consistently Why Join Prinsco?
