# Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

Northshore Home Health Care

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position on our Medical/Telemetry Unit, providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care . Key responsibilities include assessing patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating interdisciplinary treatment and discharge plans to meet patient and family needs. Qualifications required are graduation from an accredited RN program, current Nevada nursing license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting . Skills and qualities include demonstrating service excellence, integrating nursing knowledge into patient care, and fostering a supportive environment aligned with patient-centered care principles.
