Residential Construction Project Manager

Project Manager – Residential Construction Coli Construction | Mahwah, NJ Coli Construction is a growing, mid-size construction company, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Mahwah. In this role, you'll run multiple single-family residential projects at once, including both remodels and new home builds, from start to finish. We're looking for a self-starter who stays organized under pressure, solves problems as they come up, and communicates clearly with everyone involved in a project, from homeowners to subcontractors to the building department. What you'll do Manage several single-family home projects at the same time, including remodels and new construction Coordinate subcontractors and keep project schedules on track Order materials and make sure they arrive when needed Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners Work with local building departments on permits and inspections Communicate with engineers and architects throughout each project Identify issues early and find practical solutions to keep jobs moving What we're looking for 5+ years of residential project management experience Hands-on experience with both remodeling and new home construction Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid computer skills Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize across multiple projects A team player who is also self-motivated An eye for improving processes and getting better results Procore experience is a plus PMP certification is a plus What we offer Company truck and fuel Company cell phone 401(k) The chance to grow with a young company that's still expanding
