BALLI GROUP Project Manager Join a Growing and Dynamic Organization Balli Group is a boutique luxury design-build firm specializing in high-end custom residential construction throughout South Florida. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction project s from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and client relationships. This position requires someone who can take ownership, maintain accountability, solve problems proactively, and ensure project s are delivered at the highest level of quality and professionalism. Position Summary The Project Manager serves as the primary coordinator between ownership, clients, architects, engineers, designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors. This position is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, project execution, client communication, and overall project success. This individual will help maintain accountability, improve communication, coordinate priorities, drive project performance, and ensure Balli Group's standards are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Coordinate all phases of construction from permitting through project completion. Track milestones, deadlines, and critical path activities. Anticipate potential delays and proactively implement solutions. Ensure project s remain on schedule and within budget. Budget & Financial Management Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets. Track project costs and profitability. Review proposals, contracts, and subcontract agreements. Manage change orders and budget adjustments. Coordinate with company leadership regarding project financial performance. Review and approve project • related expenditures. Construction Oversight & Quality Control Conduct regular jobsite visits and inspections. Monitor project progress and workmanship quality. Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards. Coordinate punch list completion and project closeout activities. Maintain Balli Group's quality standards throughout every phase of construction. Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction. Provide regular project updates and progress reports. Manage client expectations regarding scope, budget, and schedule. Coordinate meetings and maintain professional communication throughout the project . Procurement & Vendor Coordination Coordinate purchasing and material deliveries. Track procurement schedules and long-lead items. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate subcontractors and specialty trades. Ensure material availability aligns with project schedules. Team Leadership & Coordination Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, designers, and consultants. Lead project meetings and maintain meeting records. Foster accountability among project stakeholders. Support a collaborative, organized, and productive work environment. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with company safety policies. Coordinate inspections and permitting requirements. Maintain organized project documentation. Ensure project s comply with applicable regulations and standards. Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience. Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager , Construction Manager , Superintendent, or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of construction budgeting, scheduling, and project management. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple project s simultaneously. Reliable, dependable, and highly organized. Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite Outlook Excel Microsoft Teams Adobe Acrobat Construction Management Software Cloud-based document management systems Preferred Luxury residential construction experience. South Florida construction experience. Bilingual English and Spanish. Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, or similar systems.
