Senior Planning Engineer

We are looking for a “Senior Planning Engineer” for our heavy industry project taking place in Russia, Ust Luga . QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil, Mechanical, E&E Engineering or a related field of Engineering, Minimum 5 years of proven planning experience in construction projects, Experienced in Power & Heat, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, Experienced in creating the baseline work program and updating it with its resources on a weekly and monthly basis, Experienced in performing analyses in the work program such as "Delay analysis", "Mitigation plan" and "Acceleration plan", Experienced in team management, Fluent in English and Russian , Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams, Excellent report drafting skills, Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively coordinate, motivate and inspire a team, Ability to work and lead well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment, Highly motivated and detail-oriented character without neither losing focus of the project goals nor the sight of the big picture, JOB DESCRIPTION Being responsible for all planning activities within the given scope, Creating Baseline Work Programs with Primavera P6 , preparing S-Curve tracking tables and ensuring control in the process, Analyzing efficiency by comparing planned and acquired resources, Monitoring of subcontractor work schedules and comparing with baseline, Preparing delay analysis for working schedule compared to baseline schedule and proposing mitigation or acceleration plan, which is coordinated and agreed with site management, in order to complete the work on time, Preparing project progress reports, Preparing and following-up daily, weekly, monthly employer reports,
