HR Manager Location: Carlsbad, CA (On-Site) EER Global is recruiting an experienced HR Manager for an established global organization with growing operations across the United States. This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leadership and managers across multiple U.S. locations. The position combines strategic HR partnership with day-to-day HR operations and talent acquisition, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the people and operational sides of HR. Key Responsibilities Manage and support the full employee lifecycle. Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and leadership. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and day-to-day HR matters. Lead end-to-end recruitment for positions across the organization. Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting and selection process. Support onboarding and employee integration. Help ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable U.S. employment laws and company policies. Support HR initiatives, processes and programs across multiple U.S. locations. Work closely with leadership to understand business needs and provide practical HR solutions. Maintain a hands-on approach and comfortably shift between strategic priorities and day-to-day HR needs. Recruiting is a significant component of the position, although the HR Manager will have support with initial candidate sourcing and resume screening. What We're Looking For: We are looking for an HR professional who brings a strong combination of generalist HR and recruiting experience and is comfortable working within a smaller, hands-on organization. The ideal candidate will have Broad HR experience supporting the employee lifecycle. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws. Demonstrated experience providing HR guidance to managers. Hands-on, end-to-end recruiting experience. Experience supporting and working directly with employees and leadership. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to work independently, prioritize competing needs and take ownership. A practical, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach. Compensation: Range: $130,000 - $155,000 plus benefits.
