Case Manager

Locations: Philadelphia, PA | Pittsburgh, PA | Columbus, OH Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience About the Firm Bulldog Trial Lawyers ("the Firm") is a plaintiff-side employment law firm supported by Corgi. The Firm represents workers in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wages. About the Role Once a client's case is open, the Case Manager is their go-to contact through resolution. You keep people informed and confident about where things stand, and you make sure the Firm's attorneys have what they need to build strong cases. Responsibilities Own a full caseload and keep every case moving. Stay in proactive, frequent contact with clients, relaying attorney guidance without offering legal advice. Gather evidence such as employment and pay records, personnel files, and medical records. Compile lost wage and benefits documentation to support attorney demand letters. Help clients prepare for discovery by collecting their information for written responses and document productions. Track deadlines and follow up so required information arrives on time. Calendar depositions, mediations, and hearings. Coordinate signatures, document requests, and authorizations. Prepare case summaries, organize files, and brief attorneys on progress. Arrange logistics with experts, vendors, and opposing counsel at an attorney's direction. Keep the case management system current with accurate notes. Work closely with attorneys and paralegals, resolving administrative matters on your own and routing legal questions to them. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ years in case management, legal assisting, paralegal work, or claims, with litigation experience preferred. Familiarity with discovery, depositions, mediation, and court procedures. Employment law experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong written and verbal communication. Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail. Able to prioritize a high volume of matters independently. Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
