We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our O'Fallon location (304 E Hwy 50). In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products and exceptional service to our valued customers throughout the O'Fallon area. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to bring smiles to our customers' doors while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently, utilizing GPS and route optimization tools Provide friendly, courteous customer service and represent our brand positively at every stop Verify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracy Handle cash and card transactions securely and maintain accurate records Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle maintenance checks Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle Build positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries or complaints professionally Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Ability to pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor with a positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Familiarity with the O'Fallon area or willingness to learn local routes (preferred) Basic navigation skills and comfort using GPS technology (preferred) Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401k We are MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino's) & we strive to treat all of our team members like family.
