# Coordinator Office Management

Office Management Responsibilities: Handles the purchase and inventory of office supplies Provides basic maintenance of office equipment Handles incoming and outgoing mail and shipments Organizes office meetings and events, maintains meeting rooms calendar Assists with business travel arrangements including bookings, documentation, and expense processing Receives and routs incoming calls, visitors, couriers, and correspondence Liaises with facility management vendors Provides administrative support to the Office/Country Manager and other departments as instructed by the Country Manager Supports signature flow for non-operational documents Manages visitor access according to PSI policies Assists with health and safety initiatives in the office College or university degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Equivalency is defined as a minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration 3 years of administrative experience Prior experience in an international company is a plus Prior experience with facility management is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task Problem-solving skills, ability to take initiative and act proactively Become a full-fledged clinical research professional with the support of a knowledgeable and professional team. You will develop a variety of skills while progressing with the company and contributing to our full-scale challenging projects.
