We are currently seeking a talented “ Applied R&D Executive, Detergent” to join our dynamic “Applied R&D Detergent” team. Based at our “ Headquarters ” in “ Kocaeli ”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group “ Global ” “R&D” . QUALIFICATIONS Possessing an engineering or science degree at the masters level is a must, 5+ years of experience in R&D projects preferably within the detergent industries, Excellent problem solving skills and crisis management, Ability to leverage interpersonal skills into forming strong relationships and having excellent communication skills Ability to adapt well to the changing conditions of a very dynamic corporate environment, Self-motivated person with the ability to quickly understand objectives and independently manage to deliver results, Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others Must be result-oriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness Fluency in English, No restriction to travel, Located/able to locate in Kocaeli. JOB DESCRIPTION Conduct routine visits to international subsidiaries to monitor R&D projects, audit progress, and successfully adapt new products to regional market needs, Ensure preparation for laboratory and production trials within new product development processes, oversee the execution of these trials, and ensure the timely reporting of results, Conduct regular visits to relevant international affiliates, monitor affiliate projects, and adapt new products for those affiliates, Contribute to product development projects, Coordinate the team under one's supervision.
