Warehouse Operations Department Manager

About the Role Lead our Customer Service Logistics warehouse operations by driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding service through safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across two locations, ensuring best-in-class safety, quality, cost, delivery and inventory performance. Develop and inspire large operational teams while driving engagement, capability building and performance. Optimize warehouse processes through Lean thinking, KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure effective resource planning, inventory accuracy and operational readiness aligned with business needs. Drive warehouse transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA, EWM and automation initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain management. Proven success leading large warehouse operations and diverse teams. Hands-on SAP experience; S/4HANA and EWM knowledge is a strong advantage. Strong expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management and process improvement. Fluent English with strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
