About the Role As a Marketing Management Trainee, you will support the Marketing team in executing operational and strategic marketing activities while building a strong foundation in pharmaceutical brand management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to product-related projects, and take active responsibility for tracking brand processes as you accelerate your career in healthcare marketing. Key Responsibilities Brand Operations Support: Assist in the execution of daily brand strategies and marketing action plans for assigned product portfolios. Market & Competitor Tracking: Support competitor, customer, and market analyses to help identify business opportunities and gather actionable insights. Data Management & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and summarize primary and secondary market data using internal and external sources (e.g., IQVIA/IMS, CRM) to track performance metrics. Prepare regular sales performance reports, tracking decks, and marketing presentations. Campaign & Launch Execution: Assist in planning and coordinating product launches, promotional campaigns, and multichannel marketing activities. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Field Force, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure timely follow-up on marketing projects. Promotional Material Workflow: Support the development and internal approval processes of promotional assets in full compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Event & Congress Organization: Support the operational planning and execution of scientific meetings, congresses, training sessions, and marketing events. Field Integration: Participate in field visits alongside the Field Force team to better understand customer needs, feedback, and frontline market dynamics. Commercial Tracking: Support demand forecasting tracking and routine inventory monitoring activities. Process Compliance: Maintain accurate marketing documentation and ensure adherence to internal compliance and ethical standards. Special Projects: Contribute to business development tasks and cross-functional special projects as assigned. Qualifications Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Previous internship experience in Marketing, Sales, Market Research, Healthcare, FMCG, or the pharmaceutical industry is considered a strong asset. Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. High level of integrity and commitment to compliance and ethical standards. Valid driver’s license. Willingness and availability to travel when required.
