Paralegal

Responsibilities Assist attorneys with personal injury litigation matters from case inception through settlement and trial. Draft discovery documents, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents. Assist with trial preparation, including organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, conducting legal research, and maintaining case files. Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, opposing counsel, and other parties. Conduct legal research and assist with case investigations. Maintain accurate and organized case records and documentation. Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a high-volume litigation environment. Provide general litigation and administrative support to attorneys as needed. Assist attorneys during court proceedings and other litigation-related activities. Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive client information. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm. Experience handling Personal Injury matters, either plaintiff-side or defense-side. Strong legal research and investigative skills. Experience drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. Strong organizational and case management skills. Ability to assist with trial preparation and litigation proceedings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience with litigation software and case management systems is a plus. Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a paralegal certificate from an accredited program is preferred but not required. Excellent computer and typing skills. Strong commitment to providing exceptional client service. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a professional and positive attitude.
