What You Will Be Doing Execute the installation, deployment, and technical support of Ricoh software solutions in line with defined technical requirements and project plans, Provide installation and technical support during pre-sales Proof of Concept (POC) activities, Review Statements of Work (SOW) for accuracy and feasibility and perform related implementation and support activities, Deliver installation, configuration, and customisation services tailored to customer requirements and existing IT infrastructures, Participate in project and planning meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, Maintain and enhance technical knowledge of assigned products and solutions, attend relevant training programmes, and contribute to the adoption of new technologies within the solution portfolio, Participate in customer sales meetings related to assigned products and solutions, providing technical expertise and support, Manage the project lifecycle from the sale of assigned products through to successful implementation and deployment. You will ideally have Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field, Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT solutions, document management, software solutions, or technical consulting, Knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and server environments, Experience in analysing customer requirements, developing solutions, and resolving technical issues, Strong understanding of project management processes with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach, Preferably knowledgeable in document management, content management, workflow automation, and print management solutions, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Advanced level of English proficiency, Valid Category B driving licence and active driving experience.
