The Account Executive, HCM is responsible for driving sales of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets. Based at our Waltham, MA headquarters, this position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Base Salary Range: $ 70,000 plus uncapped commissions A Day in the Life... Identify and develop new business opportunities for HCM solutions Seek to understand client pain points and position solutions accordingly Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Conduct product demonstrations and presentations Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions About You...
