What You Will Do Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members. Complete apartment turns to create an exceptional move-in experience for new residents. Diagnose and resolve resident service requests, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues, using strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment. Perform preventative maintenance and support community upkeep. Assist with move-in and move-out inspections. Assist with vendor coordination and help ensure quality standards are maintained. Share technical knowledge and best practices with other maintenance team members as needed. Participate in a shared rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs. Who You Are A skilled problem-solver who enjoys diagnosing issues, finding solutions, and getting the job done right the first time. Committed to quality workmanship, safety, and providing a positive resident experience. Comfortable using technology to manage work orders, stay organized, and communicate effectively. Adaptable and dependable, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player who values accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. What You Have At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an environment such as multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, commercial properties, hospitality, or a related field. Hands-on experience in at least two skilled trades , such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general building maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities , with a commitment to quality and safety. Flexibility to support community needs , including evenings, weekends, seasonal business demands, and participation in a rotating on-call schedule of at least one week per month. Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts. The ability to safely perform physical work , including moving equipment, tools, and materials as needed. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Benefits Paid time off including vacation, sick time, and 14 holidays.
