# Outbound Sales Representative

Coulter Services

Role: Outbound Sales Representative in a dynamic contact center environment. Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects for leading global brands. Convert prospects into customers through effective communication. Engage in cross-selling and upselling to maximize sales opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding client needs. Utilize CRM and contact center tools to manage leads and document activities. Work towards achieving clear KPIs with ongoing coaching and training. Participate in a performance-driven environment with opportunities for advancement. Gain exposure to innovative customer experience technologies in a collaborative setting. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform high-volume outbound calling. Proficiency with CRM and contact center software. Results-oriented with a focus on meeting KPIs. Adaptability to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
