We are looking for a team member for the position of " Financial Planning and Analysis Manager " at the head office of IPEKYOL GROUP. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a multinational or retail industry. Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems. Proficiency in English (both spoken and written). JOB DESCRIPTION Analyze revenue sources, cost structures, and profitability to identify performance improvement opportunities. Assess the profitability of promotions and analyze their financial impacts. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics such as seasonal distribution, brand mix, channel mix, and store-based performance to optimize sales and margins. Lead the annual budgeting process aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Continuously develop and maintain forecasts for brands and channels based on sales trends, market conditions, and seasonal effects. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports comparing budget/forecast and identify variances, offering actionable recommendations. Provide detailed insights on brand, channel, and store performance to support strategic decision-making processes. Work with the CFO and management team to develop long-term financial goals and strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to validate assumptions, perform cost analyses, and optimize resource allocation, also assessing the impact of promotions. Work closely with the Control, Reporting, and Regional Operations Manager to ensure consistency in financial data and reporting.
