In this role, the Software Programmer II writes clean, efficient code, collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions, and enhances existing applications for performance and reliability. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL technologies, along with a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise application development. Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM Seniority Level: Associate Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $43 to $47 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $98,000 and $120,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain high-quality software applications. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code based on business and technical requirements. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Maintain and optimize existing applications by identifying system bottlenecks, resolving defects, and improving overall performance. Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and software architects to design and implement robust software solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications, end users, and system administrators. Utilize version control systems to manage source code and support collaborative development. Troubleshoot software issues and develop creative, effective solutions to technical challenges. Support ongoing enhancements and application improvements as business needs evolve. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Web API, and ASP.NET. Experience with Angular 10+. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational database design. Experience with XML, JavaScript, ADO, Web Services, Web API, and object-oriented programming principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users. Self-starter with flexibility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Understanding of software usability, application architecture, and programming best practices. Experience Requirements Three (3) or more years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, Web API, and SQL Server. Experience developing enterprise web applications using Angular. Experience with ERP systems such as MAS500 or similar platforms is a plus. iOS development experience is a plus. Familiarity with business functions such as supply chain, accounting, human resources, and inventory management is preferred. Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with an emphasis on software development required. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience developing enterprise applications using .NET Core and Angular. Strong SQL development and database optimization experience. Knowledge of ERP systems such as MAS500 or similar enterprise platforms. Experience building and consuming RESTful Web APIs. Familiarity with source control systems and collaborative development practices. Experience supporting enterprise business applications. Knowledge of iOS application development is a plus.
