As our Finance Analyst in Türkiye, you will take an important role in supporting our local business while working closely with Finance colleagues across the region. This is a broad, hands-on Finance position combining financial controlling, FP&A and business support with the coordination of local accounting and finance operations. You will be the key Finance contact on the ground in Istanbul, connecting the local business with regional Finance, our external accounting provider, banks and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare monthly management reporting and analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior year, identifying key variances, risks and opportunities. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning as well as ad-hoc financial analyses. Coordinate closely with our external accounting provider and support a smooth and accurate month-end closing process. Review key accounting information, reconciliations, accruals and intercompany balances, ensuring quality and timely follow-up. Support day-to-day finance activities including cash monitoring, banking, payments, receivables, expenses and intercompany transactions. Partner with the local Sales team and other stakeholders by providing financial analyses, calculations and insights to support commercial decisions. Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisers and other external stakeholders where required. Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and approval requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance processes, reporting and systems. This is you You are a Finance professional who enjoys working with numbers but also wants to understand the business behind them. You are comfortable moving between analysis and hands-on Finance topics and take ownership rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do next. You bring: A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Around 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in FP&A, financial or commercial controlling, or a comparable Finance role. Solid experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. A good understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing processes. You do not need to be an accountant, but you should be confident working with accounting colleagues and challenging financial information when needed. Ideally, experience working in a multinational or international organisation and collaborating across different functions and locations. Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP and reporting systems is an advantage. Fluent Turkish and English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and organisational skills and the confidence to coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders. A high level of ownership, reliability and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines at the same time. Curiosity and a willingness to learn, challenge existing ways of working and grow into broader Finance responsibilities.
