# Delivery Driver

True North Fleet Services

Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed Location: Broussard, LA Pay: $16–$20/hour About The Position At Total Tire Solutions, backed by True North Fleet Services, we are looking for a dependable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently. This position is responsible for safely delivering products to customers while providing professional and courteous service. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers. Load, secure, and unload products while preventing damage. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules. Provide professional and friendly customer service at each delivery. Verify orders and obtain required signatures or delivery confirmations. Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records. Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations, when applicable. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Communicate with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or issues. Assist with warehouse or other duties when needed. o Prepping stock Stacking tires oUse forklift to organize inventory Receive material coming in from vendors Operate inventory control equipment (handheld, tablet, etc) Qualifications Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Previous delivery or driving experience preferred. Ability to safely lift and carry 75lbs. and repeatedly load/unload products. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Good communication and customerservice skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to use a smartphone or mobile delivery/route applications. Must be able to pass any required background, driving record, or preemployment screening.
