Under the guidance of more seasoned teammates, you will provide operational support across all teams within the organization. You should be comfortable communicating with a diverse set of people and be excited about solving problems.  If you’re excited to learn fast and make an impact, we want to hear from you.  What You’ll Be Doing Provide excellent operational service and support to all of Freestone’s departments: Client Advisory, Client Service, Compliance, Investments, and Accounting.   Become a subject matter expert in Tamarac Reporting and Practifi CRM.  Seek opportunities to streamline and optimize Freestone’s operational processes; automate workflows whenever possible.   Process and manage client paperwork and operational documentation, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner.  Experiment and find new ways to leverage Claude and automation tools to improve operational efficiency, document repeatability, and the client experience.  Support Freestone’s quarter-end processes with precision and efficiency  Research and resolve ad hoc operational issues surrounding client-facing financial reporting and Freestone’s operational applications.   Identify opportunities to improve client onboarding and paperwork processes, using AI and automation to eliminate repetitive tasks and create more scalable workflows.  Partner with internal teams to develop and refine AI-enabled processes, balancing efficiency with appropriate quality controls and human review.  Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, computer science, business analytics, or business management; other degrees will be considered.   1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred; exceptional recent graduates will also be considered.   Proficient in Microsoft Excel.   Experience with SQL preferred, but not a requirement.   Team oriented character with an exceptionally strong work ethic.   Approachable, personable team player who treats others in a humble and kind manner.  Strong problem-solving and research skills.   Interested in starting a career in Financial Services.  Solid understanding of investment performance measurements and statistics a plus.   Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.   Demonstrated outstanding client service and interpersonal skills.   Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills.   Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities.   Strong time management and organizational skills.   Self-starter with close attention to detail.   A commitment to consistently producing a high-quality work product.   Why Join Us?    The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and skill set.
