Mid-level Software Engineer

The Opportunity Join a dynamic, startup-minded team within the Investment Experience Technology organization. Design and implement high-impact solutions for a new investment services platform. Collaborate with a strong team to deliver scalable, high-quality software in an agile, fast-paced environment. Work with a modern tech stack including Go, Java, APIs, and OpenShift to build next-generation investment solutions. Contribute to delivering differentiated, digital-first experiences for members and financial advisors. Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/certification. 4 years of software development experience with depth in specific disciplines/technologies. 2 years of experience delivering technology solutions across the full software development lifecycle. Proficiency in Java Full Stack development, including enterprise-level applications and batch processing. Proven ability to design, develop, and implement robust APIs using Spring Boot and Docker.
