We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our Florence office. This role offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic mix of cases including Workers’ Compensation, Trucking, Premises Liability, and Professional Liability and across several different jurisdictions. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a growth mindset, eager to learn and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative legal team. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and appearing in court. Analyze complex legal and factual issues to develop effective case strategies. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective case management. Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting assigned practice areas. Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to support firm goals and client outcomes.   Qualifications: 2–3 years of litigation experience preferred; exposure to workers’ compensation, trucking, or liability cases is a plus. Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities. Demonstrated adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
