We’re looking for a Senior Game Designer to join our team at Playable Factory. You won’t just be designing games yourself. You’ll be the person who sets the bar for game design and keeps the design team moving in the right direction. What You Will Do Review and improve designers’ game projects Give clear, constructive feedback and challenge creative decisions Maintain a high creative and visual standard across projects Guide and support the design team throughout the process Work closely with design, art and development teams What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience, mostly in the game industry Strong understanding of game design and player experience Excellent creative and visual sense High standards and strong attention to detail Confident giving feedback and challenging ideas Experience leading or mentoring designers is a plus Benefits Daily catering and a fully stocked kitchen with snacks, soft drinks, and hot beverages Transportation support Private health insurance Regular team events and social activities Location This role is based in our Istanbul office, a 10-minute walk from Zorlu Center and Zincirlikuyu Metrobus.
