# Project Coordinator

Responsibilities Monitor and closely track supplier orders in line with project requirement dates Plan, monitor and control project activities across the program Coordinate tasks with operational departments Manage information flow among stakeholders Prepare and maintain project documentation (reports, presentations, schedules, budgets, etc.) Track technical requirements, customer expectations and contractual obligations Develop improvement proposals to accelerate internal processes and support their implementation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics or Industrial Engineering MBA or management-focused postgraduate degree is a plus Proficient in the use of AI tools Fluency in English Strong communication and problem-solving skills A collaborative team player Willing to take ownership and initiative Strong planning and coordination skills Result-oriented with effective time management abilities
