About the Role Publicis Groupe Turkey is looking for its next Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and work with some of the Groupe’s leading e-commerce brands. We’re looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing , who is comfortable working with large-scale campaigns and driving measurable business results across both web and app environments. What You’ll Do Manage performance campaigns across both web and mobile app environments Drive app acquisition and performance campaigns , optimizing against relevant business and app KPIs Plan and execute A/B tests, experiments, and new platform/product tests Identify new opportunities across biddable platforms and turn learnings into scalable campaign strategies Work with Meta Catalogs and Dynamic Product Ads Analyze campaign and e-commerce performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations Stay up to date with new products, formats, and developments across Google, Meta, TikTok, and the broader performance ecosystem What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including direct experience with e-commerce brands; experience with large-scale, high-spend accounts is strongly preferred Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads , including e-commerce solutions such as Shopping, product feeds and dynamic campaigns Hands-on mobile app performance experience , with a good understanding of app acquisition, measurement and optimization Strong analytical understanding of key e-commerce performance metrics and experience with Google Analytics or similar measurement tools A strong test-and-learn mindset , with experience running experiments and testing new platform products and solutions Familiarity with SA360 is a plus Advanced Excel skills and professional working proficiency in English Analytical, detail-oriented, organized and proactive
