This is an opportunity for recent graduates to build professional experience in customer service and business operations. The role involves approximately 80% inbound customer calls and 20% back-office work . Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, patience, and courtesy. Answer questions, understand customer needs, and provide accurate information. Resolve routine inquiries and escalate issues when additional assistance is needed. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Complete back-office tasks, including data entry, record updates, and processing requests. Follow established procedures and meet service quality and productivity expectations. Work with team members to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Qualifications Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good listening skills and a customer-focused attitude. Comfortable spending most of the workday handling inbound calls. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and accurate data entry.
