Manage the production line by controlling the intake and output of materials, workforce and resources Plan, monitor, and evaluate production results of the Further Processing Plant (FPP); coach and discipline team members Manage KPIs, analyze unmet targets, and optimize line performance and resource usage Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards Participate in decision-making for corrective actions and oversee reporting of process issues Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and documented Ensure that employees are trained to do their work and their trainings are documented What kind of profile are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Veterinary Science Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry (preferably in manufacturing) Expertise in food safety and food technology standards Good command of the English language (highly desirable) Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel) Living in Bandırma or open to relocation Flexibility to work in shifts and alternate production hours (required) What competencies are key to this role?
