# E-Commerce Executive

Rixos Hotels, with 25 years of experience in the tourism sector, continues to grow worldwide as a Turkish brand with new investments, driven by a management model based on dynamic, flexible, and proactive strategies. Currently, we operate 43 different hotels, theme parks, and special projects across 3 continents and 8 countries. In Turkey, we provide services to our guests in various concepts with a talented workforce of approximately 8,000 people in the Antalya, Muğla, and Istanbul regions. We are looking for a " E-Commerce Executive " to join our team at Rixos Headquarters, one of the most prestigious units of our group. Responsibilities Update hotel rates across all online platforms in line with each hotel's e-commerce strategy, using channel managers (including OTAs, brand websites, and GDS). Implement e-commerce strategies across digital channels. Manage hotel photos, information, and descriptions on OTAs. Monitor and analyze competitor pricing. Track and optimize the performance of all digital distribution channels. Analyze booking trends and produce forecasts to support demand management, in collaboration with the revenue team. Ensure all guest issues or complaints related to digital bookings are resolved promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in e-commerce and channel management. Strong interest in self-development and career growth in e-commerce. Fluency in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
