Graphic Designer

Ala Carte Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team in our corporate office located in Schaumburg. This position will work closely with the Marketing Director and marketing team to update and further develop the creative around Ala Carte’s portfolio of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling, and brand-aligned artwork for Ala Carte Entertainment brands across a wide range of marketing campaigns. A successful Graphic Designer candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across departments, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and ensures all artwork meets company specifications. This position will help Ala Carte design for Moretti’s Ristorante and Pizzeria, Bella Napoli Woodfired Pizza, Finn McCool’s Irish Sports Pub, Chandler’s Chophouse, Famous Freddie’s Roadhouse, Snuggery River Roadhouse, Drink Night Club and our corporate Ala Carte Entertainment brand. This position is 100% in-office. Remote and Hybrid workers will not be considered. Base Pay Rate: $22.50-24.50 per hour ($46,000-$50,000 annually) Job Functions Work with other departments to provide efficient service and meaningful experiences. Design new artwork and update current artwork. Complete layout formatting for all campaigns. Assist design coordination if needed and produce in-house designs as needed. Provide quality control, such as spell checking your own work. Follow best practices of the design and marketing team. Work efficiently with other team members to deliver projects against deadlines. Organize workflow to meet customer specifications and deadlines. Ensure work is compliant with company specifications. Communicate with staff to ensure projects are completed accurately and within established timelines. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Impeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills. Strong ability to translate client requirements into design. Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis in inDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator. Team player with ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritize projects effectively and work independently. Minimum Required Education and Work Experience Active portfolio of work A minimum of one (1) year of graphic design work experience.
