Position Summary The Human Resources Manager will serve as the senior-most HR leader for the organization, responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the HR function to support a multi‑location, field‑heavy workforce. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and field operations to develop HR strategy, enhance employee experience, and ensure organizational readiness for rapid growth. Ideal candidates will bring experience in PE-backed environments, home services or similar field-based industries, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development Build and execute a multi‑year people strategy aligned to aggressive growth objectives. Implement scalable HR processes, systems, and policies to support a dispersed workforce. Identify organizational capability gaps and develop talent, succession, and workforce plans. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on people, culture, and organizational design. Drive change management efforts across the organization to support transformation initiatives. M&A, Integration & Change Management Track people-related due diligence items for acquisitions in partnership with the deal leaders. Plan when needed and execute integration HR tasks for acquired teams, including onboarding, culture alignment, compensation harmonization, and systems migration. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee recruitment strategy to attract top technicians, field staff, and corporate talent. Implement recruiting processes that drive speed, quality of hire, and volume hiring needs. Build strong employer branding and technician-focused recruiting programs. Employee Relations, Engagement & Culture Champion a performance-driven, service-focused culture rooted in accountability and safety. Provide guidance and support to managers for employee relations, coaching, and performance management. Establish programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and technician career development. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee and Lead HR operations including employee onboarding, benefits, HRIS management, and compliance. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states. Develop and track HR metrics and dashboards to inform business decisions. Compensation & Performance Management Evaluate and evolve compensation structures, incentive programs, and job leveling. Implement consistent performance management programs and annual review processes.
