Job Title: Candidate Outreach Coordinator Monthly Pay: $7,800 - $8,500 USD per month Summary: Help build engaged talent pipelines by connecting prospective candidates with relevant opportunities and clear role information. This fully remote, Oregon-based full-time role blends recruitment marketing, personalized outreach, and coordination with hiring partners. Job Responsibilities: • Start the week by reviewing open-role briefs, target audiences, and outreach priorities with hiring partners. • Build candidate lists and tailor email, social, and referral messages for priority talent communities. • Send outreach sequences, respond to questions, and share accurate role details with interested candidates. • Route qualified responses to the appropriate recruiting partner and coordinate initial conversation availability. • Review weekly outreach results, maintain talent-pool notes, and recommend message or audience refinements. Qualifications: • Experience supporting candidate outreach, recruitment marketing, or talent-pipeline activities. • Ability to write concise, welcoming messages tailored to different professional audiences. • Familiarity with outreach platforms, social channels, or recruiting databases. • Sound judgment when handling candidate information and communicating role expectations. • Comfortable managing recurring outreach work independently in a remote setting.
