Head of GTM
Passionfroot
ABOUT PASSIONFROOT
Creator-led growth is one of the fastest-growing channels in B2B
• we're building the infrastructure behind it.
Passionfroot https://www.passionfroot.me/ is the leading platform where modern companies scale creator-led growth, and where top creators manage and monetize brand partnerships.
Our customers are some of the most ambitious, fastest-moving companies in the world
• Replit, Figma, Framer, LumaAI, Gamma, Airtable
• companies that set the standard for what modern growth looks like. We help them run high-impact creator programs across LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and more.
We're growing 13x in revenue year over year, profitable, and just closed our Series A round! We are backed by leading investors including Insight Partners, Creandum, Supernode and founders and operators from Cursor, Anthropic, n8n and more. We're expanding fast across New York, Europe, and Brazil
• and we're just getting started.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Passionfroot is hiring a Head of GTM to build and lead our GTM function
• and this isn't a "figure out if there's demand" role. There already is: we've grown 13x YoY, profitable, almost entirely on inbound, with no dedicated sales team, closing deals with companies like Replit, Figma, Framer, LumaAI, Gamma, and Airtable in cycles as fast as 30 days. Your job is to take that proven motion and turn it into a real GTM function and repeatable motion
• team, pipeline, and playbook
• without losing the speed that got us here.
This is a builder-leader role: you'll close deals yourself early on, put in place the systems and playbooks that let sales scale, and grow and manage the team as we expand.
This is a high-ownership role reporting to our CEO. You'll set the sales strategy, own the number, and lead the sales team.
📍This role is based in our New York City office (SoHo) with a hybrid work model. We are also open to candidates who are willing to relocate to the NYC area.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
When a brand comes to Passionfroot, the first call, the first campaign and the results six months later are all part of one relationship. Most companies split that relationship between sales and delivery. The client feels the handoff—and accountability gets lost.
We want one leader to own the full path from first conversation to renewal, ensuring that the promise made in the sale becomes the result delivered in the campaign.
As Head of GTM, you will:
• Own revenue across new business, managed delivery, renewals and budget expansion.
• Lead both the sales team and the campaign management team.
• Report directly to our CEO.
• Build the GTM function for a fast-growing new category.
WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT BUILDING SALES HERE
• You’re inheriting demand, not hunting for it. Inbound is proven and flowing. Your job is to convert it faster, expand the account base and build the organization around it—not prove the model works.
• Every brand starts in the product. We have product and intent data before a sales conversation begins, and speed from signup to first spend is the key metric.
• You own two connected revenue engines. Managed services already runs creator programs worth millions per month; more than 100 self-serve and inbound accounts create the next major opportunity.
• There is no category playbook to copy. Creator-led growth is a new category. You will write the sales and delivery motion that others follow.
• Fast cycles create fast feedback. With roughly 30-day deal cycles, you will learn what works quickly—not a quarter later.
• We’re AI-native by design. You will use tools like Claude Code and agentic workflows to build a lean, high-output team—not default to adding headcount.
• You’ll work directly with the founders. There are no layers between you and the people who started Passionfroot, so decisions happen quickly.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• Revenue strategy and performance. Define the GTM motion across product-led sales and managed services, including target segments and input into pricing and packaging. Set the number, own the forecast and manage service margin.
• Team building and leadership. Hire, lead and coach a team of AEs and 5–6 campaign managers. Set targets and build a culture of high performance, accountability and shared ownership of client outcomes.
• Pipeline and process. Build the systems that make growth repeatable—from qualification, CRM hygiene and playbooks to a reliable flow of inbound, product-led and selective outbound opportunities. Make signup-to-first-spend faster.
• Closing and client growth. Personally run and close our most important opportunities, then stay connected through delivery, renewal and expansion. Set the bar for how we sell to and partner with senior marketing leaders.
• Delivery quality and economics. Ensure the promise made in the sale becomes the result delivered in the campaign. Own managed-services quality, team capacity, renewals and budget growth.
• Cross-functional GTM. Partner closely with Growth on activation and account scoring, and with Product on customer feedback, the roadmap and AI automation that makes delivery more effective.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT
In your first six months, you will be highly hands-on.
• Join sales calls, client reviews and campaign planning sessions.
• Sell and deliver alongside the team before standardizing the process.
• Study campaigns in detail to understand what drives client outcomes, retention and expansion.
• Define qualification, discovery and follow-up for our product-led sales motion.
• Build a repeatable path from signup to first spend.
• Create clear standards for campaign planning, execution, reporting and client communication.
• Establish targets, operating rhythms and accountability across sales and campaign management.
• Coach the team through real opportunities and client challenges—not only through dashboards.
• Build a reliable forecast and capacity plan.
• Protect service quality and margins as managed revenue grows.
• Identify the manual work slowing the team down and partner with Product to automate it.
• Turn what works into simple playbooks that the team can run without you on every call.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You have done this work yourself—not only managed people who did it.
The strongest candidates have:
• Sold and delivered with their own hands at an early-stage company of roughly 10–80 people.
• Built the process for both sales and client delivery.
• Sold consultatively to B2B marketers who were not yet convinced the approach would work.
• Deep knowledge of creator, influencer or content marketing, including how to measure effectiveness.
• Owned revenue across new business, renewals and expansion.
• Managed services economics, with a clear understanding of margin and capacity.
• Built and coached small, high-performing client-facing teams.
• A daily habit of using AI tools and a preference for small teams that accomplish more with them.
• The ability and willingness to be personally involved in important deals, campaigns and client relationships.
Strong pluses:
• Experience at a company that combines software and services.
• Experience evolving a service model as AI takes on more of the delivery work.
• A public voice or body of work in creator, content or B2B marketing.
Backgrounds that may fit especially well:
• Founder or Managing Director of a small B2B creator, influencer or content agency.
• First Head of Revenue or GM at a software-plus-services startup.
• Head of Partnerships or Sponsorships at a B2B media company.
This role is probably not right for you if:
• You have led a large agency team primarily through layers of managers.
• Your experience is only in sales or only in operations.
• You prefer strategy at a distance over working directly with clients and the team.
• You need a large organization around you to get results.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
• Brands reach their first spend significantly faster than they do today.
• More of our self-serve and inbound account base is actively spending.
• The right accounts consistently move from self-serve into managed services.
• Managed clients renew and grow their budgets because the work is clearly delivering results.
• Revenue forecasting is reliable across new business, renewals and expansion.
• Managed services grows without sacrificing quality or margin.
• Sales and campaign management operate as one connected client journey.
• The team works from clear playbooks that you created.
• AEs and campaign managers win, deliver and grow accounts without needing you on every call.
• Product improvements and AI automation have removed meaningful manual work from campaign delivery.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Competitive salary
• Regular team offsites (our past ones include South of France, Barcelona, Mallorca etc.)
• Latest Apple hardware
• A rare chance to build and own the sales function at one of the fastest-growing companies
