Join us and together, let’s care for tomorrow. What do we expect you to bring? Manage, develop, and ensure the continuity of monitoring infrastructures, with a primary focus on SolarWinds. Design, implement, and optimize alarm configurations, dashboards, thresholds, and monitoring scenarios within SolarWinds. Coordinate daily operations and manage the performance of external vendor teams responsible for monitoring operations. Oversee 7x24 operational team processes, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs to enhance service quality. Audit the accuracy of alarm management, escalation protocols, and initial response processes executed by vendors. Manage job creation, scheduling, workflow management, and operational improvements within the Control-M environment. Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external vendors regarding Control-M processes and monitor vendor performance. Create, update, and standardize monitoring procedures, operational documentation, and runbooks. Provide technical coordination during Major Incidents and serve as the primary point of contact for relevant teams. Lead the expansion of monitoring coverage, identify automation opportunities, and evaluate emerging technologies. Prepare monthly operational reports tracking SLA compliance, alarm quality, false positive rates, and improvement actions. Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT. How can you make an impact? Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in monitoring operations. Have at least 2 years of experience in team leadership or coordination roles. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and hands-on implementation experience with the SolarWinds platform. Show proficiency in Control-M job management, scheduling, and operational workflows. Possess extensive experience in Vendor Management and working with outsourced teams. Have a solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Event Management). Demonstrate strong background in SLA/KPI management and operational reporting. Exhibit an analytical mindset capable of contributing effectively to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes. Possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Have proven experience participating in automation projects. Hold familiarity with Dynatrace or similar application monitoring solutions. What we will offer you?
