International Sales Executive (English Speaking)

International Sales Executive 📍 Antalya, Türkiye DCI Dental Center International is looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven English-speaking International Sales Executive to join our growing team in Antalya. The successful candidate will focus on developing international sales, building relationships with clients and business partners, generating new business opportunities, and representing DCI at international events and exhibitions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage international sales opportunities and generate new business • Communicate with international clients, partners, agencies, and potential customers • Conduct sales calls, presentations, negotiations, and lead follow-ups • Travel internationally to develop new business and attend sales events • Maintain CRM records and work closely with internal sales, marketing, and operational teams Requirements • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Previous experience in international sales, business development, or a similar commercial role • Target-driven, proactive, professional, and confident • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis • Valid EU/EEA, UK, or other suitable passport allowing practical international business travel ; experience in dental, healthcare, medical tourism, or tourism is an advantage International Travel Requirement International travel is an essential part of this position. • Regular travel outside Türkiye will be required • Attendance at international exhibitions, conferences, fairs, and sales events • Candidates must hold a valid passport suitable for frequent international business travel • EU/EEA, UK, or equivalent passports with easy access to our key markets are strongly preferred What We Offer • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus/commission • International working environment • Regular international travel and event opportunities • Career growth and development opportunities • Full-time position based in Antalya, Türkiye • Opportunity to build an international sales career with a growing company
