You’ll Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client from the moment they arrive Manage appointments, check-ins, check-outs, and transactions Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently Answer questions and help clients with their needs Resolve issues using sound judgment, available resources, and strong problem-solving skills Support retail sales and help clients discover products that complement their Drybar experience Multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of service Maintain a professional, positive demeanor—even during busy periods Work collaboratively with the salon team to deliver an exceptional guest experience What We’re Looking For You’re someone who is naturally friendly, organized, solutions-oriented, and passionate about customer service. You bring energy to the front desk and enjoy making people feel welcome. Qualifications Open availability is required 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-focused environment, such as Sales Associate Retail Sales Associate Customer Service Representative Store Associate Salon Associate Or a similar customer-facing role Previous point-of-sale (POS) system experience strongly preferred Previous salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work comfortably and effectively at a sustained, fast pace Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Ability to multitask with ease and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable standing and/or walking for the duration of 6-8 hour shifts Technical ability and confidence using point-of-sale systems and other front desk technology Strong judgment and resourcefulness when resolving client or front desk issues Ability to remain professional, positive, and composed under pressure Ready to Join Us?
